60 minute initial visit including a medical history, physical assessment, and review of current health, diet, and lifestyle.

45-60 minute prenatal visits throughout your pregnancy following a standard pregnancy schedule: Monthly visits until 28 weeks, biweekly visits until 36 weeks, and weekly visits until delivery.

Blood tests drawn in office! If you have insurance it can be billed. Basic lab panels required for care according to midwifery law, genetic testing, and gestational diabetes screening are the most common. All lab options discussed with client for consent. 

Referrals for sonograms as needed. I require an anatomy scan around 20 weeks and a biophysical profile or non-stress test at 41 weeks. Additional scans used only when clinically indicated.

Assessment of  maternal vitals, fetal growth, fetal heart rate and current pregnancy symptoms at every visit.
